At 9am, the festival readings will open with the prose panel featuring Rabih Alameddine, Norma Cantú, Andrea De Carlo, Miguel Syjuco, and Samrat Upadhyay. There will be an opportunity to have the authors sign your books.
   
   
At 10:20, the poetry panel featuring Gabeba Baderoon, Nathalie Handal, Ilya Kaminsky, and Yahia Lababidi (through his poems which have accompanying short films) will take the stage. There will be an opportunity for the poetes to sign your books.

Laureate of the 2011 NSK Neustadt Prize for Children's Literature, Virginia Euwer Wolff, gives her keynote speech at the OMU Ballroom located on the third floor of the union. Refreshements will be served.
